Blue Climate Coalition

The Blue Climate Coalition was formed in November 2009, on an ad-hoc basis, to support the inclusion of marine conservation in climate change policy.

The Coalition has represented over 100 conservation groups and environmental stakeholders, and over 150 scientists together from 43 countries around the world. The Coalition represents a wide range of interests – environmental conservation, climate change education and advocacy, ecosystem restoration, diving industry, ecotourism and sustainable travel, carbon offsetting, fishing and scientific research.

See our Publications and Documents for the letters to the White House, Senate and UNFCCC Conference of the Parties (COP).
