Eye On Earth Summit, October 2015
Fish carbon concepts and projects were showcased at the Eye on Earth Summit, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, 6-8 October 2015.
This included a short presentation on a project concept entitled “Living Oceans Living Planet”, for which BCS and project partners, are currently seeking funds.
Living Oceans Living Planet will explore and apply Fish Carbon values in support of national and international goals, including those on climate change and carbon sinks, biodiversity and ecosystem conservation, and sustainable development.
Project partners include: Blue Climate Solutions, The Ocean Foundation, Mission Blue, GRID-Arendal, Norwegian Institute for Water Research (NIVA), and SIDS DOCK.
