Fish Carbon at ICCB 2015
Blue Climate Solutions presented on the potential application of Fish Carbon concepts to support marine biodiversity conservation at the International Congress for Conservation Biology (ICCB), Montpellier, France, 2-6 August 2015. The overall ICCB 2015 conference was attended by over 2,000 conservationists.
As well as the presentation, BCS discussed the Fish Carbon concept with attendees and marine conservationists working with vertebrates, biodiversity and ecosystems. The audience were supportive of the concept and many conservation scientists were open to collaborate for field data collection and analysis in order to further develop the concept.
